Required Qualifications
Bachelors in Civil Engineering with 5 years of experience in Quality
Diploma in Civil Engineering with 8 years of experience in Quality
Key Responsibilities
Conducting pre-construction and alignment surveys to establish highly accurate reference points, topographic maps, and Temporary Benchmarks (TBMs)
along the proposed route using DGPS and leveling instruments.
Translating design drawings onto the ground by precisely marking the track centerline, curves, transition zones, and Right of Way (ROW) boundaries using Total Stations.
Providing layout and level markings for infrastructure including earthwork embankments (cutting and filling), bridge piers, culverts, and station yard layouts to ensure correct gradients.
Performing quality control and as-built surveys to verify that finished structures meet design tolerances, while taking level measurements to calculate earthwork volumes for contractor billing.
