Title: TM1 Business Analyst
Experience Level: 5 to 10 Years
Location: India, with flexibility for major EY office locations and client-facing work as required.

5–10 years of business analysis experience, with at least 3–5 years focused on TM1 implementations.

Role Purposes
You will leverage your deep understanding of banking financial operations (FP&A;, liquidity risk, Funds Transfer Pricing, stress testing) to analyze, architect, and deliver robust performance management solutions for tier-1 banking clients globally.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Banking Domain Expertise (Mandatory): Deep knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), Asset Liability Management (ALM), Cost Allocations, and regulatory reporting frameworks (Basel III/IV, CCAR, or IFRS 9
TM1/Planning Analytics Competency: Strong conceptual and hands-on understanding of TM1 architecture (Cubes, Dimensions, Rules, TI Processes, PAW, and PAX/Perspectives





Key Responsibilities
Requirement Elicitation: Lead interactive workshops with senior banking stakeholders (Finance Directors, Risk Officers, Treasury) to capture complex functional budgeting, forecasting, and stress-testing requirements
Architecture: Translate financial business needs into structured functional specifications, process maps, data flow diagrams, and logical TM1 cube architectures
Model Validation: Work alongside TM1 developers to design dimensions, cubes, rules, and TurboIntegrator (TI) processes, ensuring financial calculation rules (e.g., compound interest, FX translation) are structurally accurate.
Change Management: Design user training guides and lead training delivery to ensure solid institutional adoption of newly deployed TM1 models
