ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the single point of accountability for preparation, maintenance, and integrity of books of accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards and laws.
Oversee and ensure timely compliance with all statutory, legal, taxation, and secretarial requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, etc.), in coordination with consultants where applicable.
Ensure fairness, accuracy, and timely presentation of the company’s financial statements, including PnL, Balance sheet & cash flow, every month
Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures with strong monthly reviews
