What You'll Do:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for P&C; insurance solutions
Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements
Support UAT, defect tracking, and validation
Ensure compliance with P&C; insurance processes and regulatory requirements
Facilitate workshops, client discussions, and requirement sessions
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project delivery
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
Expertise You'll Bring:
Solid experience in Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance domain (policy, claims, underwriting)
Hands-on experience in business analysis and requirement gathering
Good understanding of insurance lifecycle and workflows
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel
Knowledge of BFSI domain preferred
Education – B.E. / B.Tech. / MBA / MCA
