Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven City Head to manage and grow a high-performing sales team combining inside sales and field sales functions in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate brings strong B2B sales leadership, proven team management experience, and deep local market knowledge — overseeing the full sales cycle, driving daily team reviews and field engagement, and ensuring revenue targets are met.





Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Field Execution: Manage and lead a team of 9+ members across inside sales and field sales. Conduct daily team meetings to review pipeline and priorities, followed by active field visits to coach and support the team on-ground.
Target Achievement: Own team sales targets and overall achievement month-on-month. Develop new accounts and maintain a healthy pipeline across inside and field sales channels.
Client Engagement & Market Intelligence: Deliver professional client service, stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and product innovations.
Strategy & Revenue Collection: Contribute to regional sales/marketing strategy; work with Accounts Receivable to ensure timely collections.
New Client Acquisition & Revenue Generation: Drive current business development within the assigned city/cluster.
Reporting: Report from the Gurgaon office.
