Your Role
As a Connected Product Test Architect, you will be responsible for defining and driving end-to-end testing strategies for connected products including Gateways, Set-Top Boxes (STBs), Smart TVs, and IoT devices. You will work closely with customers, product engineering teams, and quality organizations to establish comprehensive testing solutions, improve product quality, and accelerate release cycles.
In this role, you will:
Define and lead end-to-end testing strategies for connected products, embedded devices, and IoT ecosystems.
Architect testing solutions covering functional, integration, system, interoperability,



performance, security, compliance, and user acceptance testing.
Create solution proposals including test strategy, automation approach, effort estimation, resource planning, and delivery roadmap.
Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks to improve coverage and reduce validation cycles.
Drive test case development, execution planning, defect management, and release readiness assessments.
Collaborate with development, product management, and customer teams to ensure product quality throughout the lifecycle.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical defects and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Define and establish local and remote testing laboratories for product validation and certification activities.
Evaluate and implement industry-standard test tools, frameworks, and methodologies across multiple product lines.
Mentor quality engineering teams and promote best practice
