About The Role

This is a high-impact, strategic role working directly with the Chairman of Kanakia Group. The Executive Assistant will act as a thought partner and execution anchor, supporting the Chairman across business strategy, investments, and key organizational initiatives—primarily within the real estate vertical (www.kanakia.com ), while also interfacing with entertainment (www.cineline.co.in ), education (www.kanakiaschools.org ), and hospitality businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Support & Decision Enablement
Work closely with the Chairman on business strategy, expansion plans, and investment decisions
Conduct in-depth research, financial analysis, and market intelligence (especially real estate)
Prepare business notes, strategy decks, and briefing documents for key decisions
Financial & Analytical Work
Build and review financial models, feasibility studies, and project evaluations
Analyze business performance metrics, MIS, and dashboards across group companies
Track key financial and operational KPIs and highlight risks/opportunities




Project & Initiative Management
Drive special projects and strategic initiatives end-to-end
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution
Follow up with business heads on key deliverables and updates
Stakeholder Coordination
Interface with internal leadership teams across real estate, education, hospitality, and entertainment verticals
Assist in investor, partner, and senior stakeholder interactions
Ensure effective communication and alignment on priorities
Executive Office Management (Strategic)
Prioritize and manage the Chairman’s agenda with a focus on high-value engagements
Prepare agendas, minutes, and action trackers for key meetings
Ensure seamless flow of information and decision-making support

Candidate Profile

Graduate/Postgraduate from a premium institute (IIT / IIM / ISB / top-tier global universities preferred)
