Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1.



Process Management & Planning
• Define, organize, and lead the statutory consolidation process in coordination with Accounting, Group Controlling, Tax, and Treasury teams.
• Plan closing operations (schedule preparation, monitoring, alerts).
• Prepare and distribute instructions to subsidiaries (calendars, key focus areas).
• Draft and update group procedures and methodologies.
2. Production of Consolidated Accounts (IFRS)
• Ensure the production of the Group's consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards.
• Manage the consolidation of Group accounts during monthly and annual closings.
• Calculate and monitor consolidation entries, specifically regarding external growth operations (M&A;).
• Supervise the intercompany reconciliation process.
• Conduct methodical monthly reviews of transverse analyses (Working Capital, Cash Flow, Equity, Tax Proof, etc.). • Coll
