What you are accountable for:

The Manager, Search is accountable for managing search strategy, optimization
and execution across all in-house platforms and works to ensure the highest
level of quality work, strategic thinking, and collaboration with both internal
and external partners for a select group of accounts. Working in close
collaboration with media and search team leads, you will manage all aspects of
the campaign life cycle as it pertains to paid search including ownership of the
day-to-day responsibilities across active campaigns.

In addition, the Manager, Paid Search will support agency education on the




capabilities within these platforms through ongoing meeting facilitation, note
taking, and POV creation.

What you are responsible for:

Internal

* Holistic ownership of client accounts, including strategy, planning,
budgeting, and reporting
* Provide strategic and executional support to team members on a variety of
clients with different complexities and backgrounds
* Troubleshoot issues/concerns and work with online partners to resolve as
needed
* Proactively communicate with client and internal teams; prepare call agendas,
and follow up with call recaps
* Develop keyword lists, set budget levels, write ad creatives, test landing
page messaging, landing page layout, audience segmentation, placements,
networks, and 3rd-party tools
* Perform in-platform maintenance and optimizations
* Own regular budget pacing and monitoring for live campaigns to ensure
accurate spend delivery, along with any recommendations on strategic test
opportunities
