About the Role: We are looking for a legal executive to manage litigation matters and the contract lifecycle while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements. The role requires a proactive individual with excellent attention to detail, capable of managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, particularly external legal counsel.

Key Responsibilities :
Contract Drafting & Management:
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and vendor contracts
Ensure that contracts are in compliance with relevant laws and organizational standards

Litigation Management:
Track and manage ongoing litigation cases, coordinating with external legal counsel as required
Prepare case briefs, legal notices, replies, and documents for court proceedings.




Maintain an organised case tracker and provide regular updates.

Legal Advisory:
Advise internal teams on legal risks, rights, and obligations under existing laws and contracts.

Due Diligence & Risk Assessment:
Assist with due diligence processes and risk assessments related to ongoing or upcoming business transactions.

Experience:
2–4 years of hands-on experience in litigation management and contract drafting/review. o Practical knowledge of civil, commercial, and corporate law.

Skills:
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Robust understanding of e-commerce, logistics, or corporate laws is highly desirable

Educational Qualifications:
LL.B. from a recognized university (LL.M. preferred but not mandatory)
