Responsibilities:
Intermediate-level knowledge in one or more of the following: LAN, WAN, Wireless, Telecommunications, Systems Administration.
Exemplary communication skills, managing conflict, escalations, negotiating compromise, and influencing others.
Ability to successfully facilitate collaboration across multiple functions, departments, and levels, and serve as a role model for teamwork.
Requirements:
7 years of experience is needed.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience managing IT projects from initiation to closure.
Knowledge and experience with core IT network infrastructure and service concepts, and networking.
Project management training, PMP or Prince2 certification.
Required Skills:
Experience managing programs at scale with multiple stakeholders.
Good program reporting skills and understanding of Networks and how software operates.
Preferred Skills:
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities.
Robust oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated experience communicating effectively across organizational structures and multiple management levels.
