Job Description
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead one or more teams building scalable data and AI-driven platforms in the Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) domain.
You will blend technical leadership, delivery ownership, and people management, with a focus on building resilient, cloud-native systems and driving innovation through AI and automation.
You bring 8+ years of experience in distributed systems, data engineering, and modern software delivery, along with experience building and mentoring teams.
Responsibilities 1. Delivery & Execution
Manage delivery of complex, multi-quarter engineering programs
Improve predictable execution using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)




Ensure, on-time delivery in consideration of our priorities
Manage dependencies across teams, platforms, and partners
Track and improve significant engineering metrics (velocity, quality, reliability)
2. Technical Leadership
Architect and oversee scalable, secure, cloud-native systems (AWS preferred)
Guide teams on best practices in:
Microservices architecture
Data pipelines (batch and streaming)
API design and integration
Event-driven systems
Champion engineering excellence:
Code quality, testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines
Observability and production
Improve adoption of AI/GenAI solutions to improve engineering efficiency and product capabilities
3. Data & AI Engineering (Preferred)
Lead development of large-scale data platforms using tools like Spark, Glue, and data lakes
Ensure real-time and batch data processing pipelines
Collaborate with data scientists to productionize ML m
