We are looking for a highly motivated Web Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers while remaining hands-on with architecture, delivery, and technical decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in modern web technologies, cloud platforms, engineering leadership, and Agile software delivery.

Role Overview
As a Web Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Frontend, Backend, DevOps, and QA engineers while driving the successful delivery of scalable web applications and digital platforms. You will work closely with Product Managers, Architects,



Engineering Leaders, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery, technical excellence, and continuous improvement across engineering processes.
This role requires a balance of technical leadership, people management, project execution, and hands-on problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
Engineering Leadership
Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of Frontend, Backend, DevOps, and QA engineers.
Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and career development discussions.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
Provide technical guidance and support for complex engineering challenges.
Project & Delivery Management
Manage team capacity, sprint planning, resource allocation, and project execution.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders
