Business Development Manager – Government System Integrator (SI)

Job Purpose
:To drive business growth by identifying, developing, and managing sales opportunities within government and public sector accounts through partnerships with System Integrators (SIs). The role involves developing strategic relationships, managing bids and tenders, and ensuring revenue achievement in line with organizational objectives

Key Responsibilitie
s:Identify and engage with key Government , OEMs, and consultants to generate business opportunitie
s.Drive end-to-end sales processes including lead generation, proposal preparation, pricing, negotiation, and closur
e.Work closely with the pre-sales and technical teams to design customized solutions as per government RFPs and tender
s.Monitor and track government projects, tenders, and empanelment opportunities through GeM, NIC, and eProcurement portal
s.Build solid relationships with key decision-makers in ministries, PSUs, and government department




s.Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth in the government vertica
l.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for bid management, documentation, and compliance submission
s.Maintain updated knowledge of government policies, procurement guidelines, and IT infrastructure initiative
s.Provide regular reports on business performance, pipeline, and competitor activitie
