Schools Expansion Manager - Pune

About the Role
To originate, evaluate, and build a high-quality pipeline of school expansion opportunities across Pune by leveraging deep market intelligence and strategic relationships across the education ecosystem. The role is responsible for identifying opportunities for acquisitions, management partnerships, leasing, profit-sharing arrangements, strategic alliances, greenfield developments, and educational infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain a comprehensive database of CBSE, ICSE,IB, Cambridge, and State Board schools with strong infrastructure across Pune and surrounding regions.
Identify and originate opportunities for school acquisitions, management contracts, leasing, profit-sharing arrangements, strategic partnerships, campus expansion, and greenfield developments.
Generate continuous market intelligence on school ownership, enrolments, infrastructure, academic quality, financial health, leadership, operations, succession planning, regulatory status, and expansion potential.




Identify schools facing declining enrolments, financial stress, succession issues, leadership gaps, teacher recruitment challenges, weak academics, weak management, under utilised or inadequate infrastructure, regulatory issues, or owners exploring strategic partnerships or exit opportunities.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with school promoters, trustees, management teams, principals, education consultants, publishers, EdTech companies, school service providers, real estate consultants, township developers, architects, PMCs, property advisors, brokers, landowners, banks, NBFCs, lawyers, Chartered Accountants, contractors, and other stakeholders within the education ecosystem.
Build relationships with government departments, development authorities, municipal bodies, and regulatory agencies to identify educational land allotments, township opportunities, educational reservations, policy change
