Role Overview

As a Sous Chef at The Frame, you will support the Head Chef in leading daily kitchen operations across multiple concepts and service styles. You will play a key role in maintaining exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation while ensuring efficient kitchen operations. This position requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment and is passionate about innovation, teamwork,



and delivering memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef in managing day-to-day kitchen operations across multiple dining concepts.
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards of quality and consistency.
Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow during service.
Support menu development, seasonal offerings, and special event menus aligned with The Frame's creative vision.
Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, ordering, and food cost control.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
Coordinate with front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Train and develop junior chefs while fostering a collaborative and respectful kitchen culture.
