PURPOSE
To lead the Sales & Marketing function for Lifestyle Clubs by driving membership growth, event, revenue, and premium brand positioning. The role will align commercial strategies with the clubs’ vision, build high-performing teams, strengthen partnerships and sponsorships, and execute integrated campaigns that enhance member acquisition, retention, and long-term brand leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive Operational Excellence
• Develop and execute integrated Sales and Marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets across Membership, Events, Food & Beverage, and Recreation offerings.
• Drive Banquet and Event sales by promoting club venues for corporate, social, and member events to maximize revenue.




• Secure large-scale corporate, social, and promotional events along with sponsorship partnerships to enhance brand visibility and diversified income streams.
• Leverage CRM, analytics, and pipeline management to improve conversions, optimize campaigns, and strengthen forecasting accuracy.
Applied Learning
• Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and evolving member preferences to proactively adapt commercial approaches.
• Introduce creative sales techniques, digital marketing practices, and customer engagement strategies through structured team learning sessions.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness through ROI analysis, engagement metrics, and revenue performance to refine future initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging market intelligence sharing and cross functional collaboration.
