Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: 16,500,000 VND/month ~$580/month
Meal allowance: 500,000 VND/month
Monthly KPI Incentive: Up to 1,200,000 VND/month
100% salary during the 2-month probation period

Job Responsibilities
Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, audio) in accordance with platform policies and community guidelines
Identify and take appropriate action on content that does not comply with guidelines
Escalate complex or policy-related cases to relevant teams




Monitor trends and provide feedback on content patterns and potential risks
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain a safe and trusted platform workplace
Requirements
Proficiency in Punjabi
Good command of English (verbal and written, able to participate in interviews)
Familiarity with regional language usage, cultural context, and online trends
Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
Willingness to work on rotating shifts (24/7), including weekends and public holidays
Willing to relocate to Vietnam
Working Schedule
5 working days per week (2 days off)
Rotational shifts (24/7) arranged by the Team Leader
9 hours per shift (including 1.5 hours break)
