We are seeking a Project Manager – Professional Services to lead the successful delivery of enterprise software implementations and digital transformation initiatives for global clients. In this client-facing role, you will own the complete project lifecycle—from planning and solution implementation to deployment and post-go-live success—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Working closely with Solution Consulting, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams, you will manage complex SaaS implementations, system integrations, and AI-driven enterprise solutions while building robust relationships with stakeholders and driving exceptional customer outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & Delivery
Lead end-to-end project execution from project initiation through deployment and successful go-live.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and delivery roadmaps.




Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute implementation activities efficiently.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders while managing expectations and ensuring alignment.
Facilitate regular project reviews, status meetings, and governance discussions with internal and client teams.
Present project updates, milestones, risks, and key performance metrics to senior stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Implementation & Technical Governance
Oversee enterprise software implementations, AI-enabled solutions, and complex system integration projects.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Technical teams to resolve implementation challenges.
