Job Description
Primary Function of Position
Reporting to the Manager, PEPS Operations APAC,



the PEPS Operations Specialist APAC drives the efficiency of daily operations by streamlining processes, maintaining quality, and identifying improvements that enhance operational performance for Customer Training and Genesis. Key responsibilities include evaluating business procedures, monitoring metrics, coordinating logistics, and contributing to special projects.
Essential Job Duties
Aligns with PEPS regional leadership on key business priorities and partners with cross functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives that support operational excellence.
Manages the logistics and coordination of regional events—including peer‑to‑peer summits, society events, congresses, and rotational or academic programs—in partnership with the program management and marketing teams.
Collaborates with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of new technologies, procedures, and product launch
