* Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
* 5 years of experience in program management.
* Experience leading technical discussions and plans.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* 8 years of experience in technical program management with emerging
technologies.
* 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
* Ability to own and deliver complex, cross-functional technical programs
end-to-end.
* Excellent ability to influence without authority and drive consensus across
engineering, product, and UX.
* Exceptional communication skills, articulating complex topics to technical
and non-technical audiences.
* Skilled in navigating ambiguity, proactively identifying and mitigating
risks, and managing dependencies.
