Job Description
We are seeking a creative and experienced individual to join our team as a ServiceNow Architect. The role will involve leveraging ServiceNow to deliver superior automation, user experiences and integration with various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
The architect will be responsible for ServiceNow architectural design, ensuring platform scalability, security, performance and alignment with best practices, whilst supporting internal ServiceNow implementations and multiple customer ServiceNow instances.
They will act as a technical authority across the ServiceNow platform, demonstrate expertise with robust cross‑module architectural knowledge, governance, and stakeholder leadership.
