We are looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize data-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Performance Marketing, with a proven track record of planning, executing, and scaling campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, content, product, and analytics to develop high-performing campaigns while maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.




Develop acquisition strategies focused on increasing qualified leads, customer conversions, and revenue.
Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Analyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and campaign structures to improve performance.
Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling advertising creatives and messaging.
Manage campaign budgets efficiently while ensuring optimal allocation across channels.
Prepare detailed performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing practices.
Work closely with product, sales, and business teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals.
