Head of Creative Design (Brand Experience & Visual Storytelling)

About the Role
DaVinci Commerce is redefining how enterprises build AI-powered commerce experiences through our Agentic BrandStore of the DaVinci Agentic Commerce Experience platform.
We are looking for a Head of Creative Design who combines exceptional visual design with storytelling to bring our brand and products to life.
You will create visual experiences that simplify complex AI and commerce concepts into compelling stories that help enterprise buyers quickly understand problems and imagine solutions.
Your work will shape how prospects perceive DaVinci Commerce—from the visual identity of our brand and platform, website and social channels to executive presentations, product launches, and customer stories.
You'll become the guardian of our brand while continuously evolving it for the AI era.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Leadership
Own and evolve DaVinci Commerce's visual identity across every customer touchpoint.
Develop and maintain:
Brand guidelines
Design systems
Typography
Color systems
Iconography




Illustration style
Motion language
Visual storytelling principles
Ensure a consistent visual language cascades down to marketing and sales teams for executive communications. Advise product and UI/UX teams on brand design language for brand consistency.

Storytelling Through Design
Translate complex AI, ecommerce, and automation concepts into intuitive visual narratives, including mock ads to be used for product promotions.
Design experiences using:
illustrations
infographics
customer journeys
process diagrams
comparison graphics
animations
GIFs
short motion videos
data visualizations
interactive graphics

Website & Digital Experience
Partner closely with Product Marketing and Content Marketing to create immersive web experiences that increase engagement and conversion.
