Position: ServiceNow Developer
Experience: 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM and ITOM.
Develop and maintain Service Catalogs, workflows, Flow Designer, notifications, and custom applications.
Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
Implement Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and Server-side scripting.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while ensuring performance and security best practices.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and participate in code reviews.
Required Skills




4+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and Service Catalog development.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and third-party integrations.
Good knowledge of Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and Server Scripts.
Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Notifications, and custom ServiceNow implementations.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
