Description
Directly reporting to the Broadcast Ad Operations Senior Campaign Manager, the Broadcast Ad Operations Campaign Specialist is responsible for the successful operations of transacting the TV broadcast campaign revenue for a dedicated Sales portfolio to deliver Foxtel Media's business objectives.

You will be responsible for a dedicated Sales portfolio and liaise closely with the Sales team and other business units, to efficiently and effectively transact, track and deliver campaign objectives in accordance with business policy. You will have a robust focus on operational excellence to achieve optimal inventory utilisation and maximise revenue potential.

Key Responsibilities
· Fulfilment of the broadcast campaign objectives of a dedicated Sales portfolio across all TV trading models to deliver on business objectives in line with internal policy and audit compliance.




· Processing and management of sponsorship and premium campaigns within expected deadline.
· Provide clear instruction to Offshore team to effectively process and maintain audience trading campaigns within expected deadline.
· Ensure revenue and audiences against campaigns are accurate and in line with TV Sales request as well as business policy.
· Engage with TV Sales portfolio and communicate effectively to support the go to market strategy and business outcomes.
· Proactively complete daily management of campaign tracking for sponsorship and premium campaigns, as well as communicate daily tracking instruction with Offshore team for audience trading campaigns.
· Provide campaign delivery context and escalation to Sales team in a timely manner as required.
