We're looking for a Principal SDET Engineer to join our Development team in Noida.

As a Principal SDET, you will play a pivotal role in elevating quality engineering across our Web, API, and Mobile products. You will serve as a technical authority within our engineering organization, driving quality strategy, automation excellence, and engineering best practices. This is a principal-level individual contributor role that combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership through influence, mentorship, and collaboration.
You will partner closely with developers, product managers,



designers, and fellow engineers to ensure quality is built into every stage of the software development lifecycle. Success in this role means enabling teams to deliver reliable, scalable, high-performing products that consistently earn customer trust.

What You'll Do
Drive Quality Engineering Strategy
Own and drive the end-to-end test automation strategy across Web, API, and Mobile platforms.
Establish and champion a clear quality vision across products and engineering teams.
Proactively identify functional risks, integration gaps, performance bottlenecks, and automation coverage gaps.
Design & Build Scalable Automation Frameworks
Design, build, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Playwright and modern automation practices.
Establish automation standards for test architecture, reusability, maintainability, and scalability.
Define best practices for test design patterns,
