We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Procurement to support procurement operations. Based in India, this role requires strong expertise in technology procurement and contingent workforce management, with responsibility for executing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, optimizing costs, and ensuring procurement compliance across multiple categories.
The ideal candidate will bring robust category management experience, stakeholder engagement capabilities, and a proven ability to deliver procurement efficiencies in a global, matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Category Management
Support the development and execution of global procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand sourcing requirements and deliver procurement solutions.
Manage technology procurement categories including software, hardware, SaaS, cloud services, and IT professional services.
Support procurement and management of contingent workforce programs, including staffing suppliers, MSPs,



and contractor engagements.
Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify sourcing opportunities and supplier innovations.
Procurement Operations
Execute sourcing projects, RFx processes, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and governance standards across regions.
Support implementation of procurement best practices and continuous process improvements.
Monitor supplier performance through defined KPIs and governance frameworks.
Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and procurement controls.
Supplier & Risk Management
Build and manage strategic supplier relationships across technology and workforce categories.
Drive supplier performance reviews and service improvement initiatives.
Identify and mitigate supplier-related risks, including operational, financial, and compliance risks.
