At Angel One, we're looking for a passionate Lead – Business Analytics to drive data-driven decision-making, automate analytics solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful business insights.
What You'll Do
Analyze complex business and customer data to generate actionable insights.
Build and automate end-to-end data analytics solutions, including data preparation, pipelines, and dashboards.
Develop reports and interactive dashboards for business stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
Optimize existing reporting processes and recommend data-driven improvements.
Mentor team members and contribute to business-critical analytics initiatives.

What We're Looking For
6+ years of experience in Business Analytics or Data Analytics.




Strong expertise in SQL, Python, Excel, and Tableau.
Experience with Databricks, Business Intelligence tools, and dashboard development.
Exposure to AWS, S3, and modern data platforms is an advantage.
Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver business value through data.
