Role: Quick/ E-Commerce Executive

Location: Bangalore, HSR layout

We are looking for someone with 1 year of experience in managing and executing ad campaigns across quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, etc.

The role involves campaign execution, monitoring performance, coordinating with internal teams/platform teams, and preparing regular performance reports & insights.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Execute and manage ad campaigns across quick commerce platforms.
2. Monitor daily campaign performance, spends, ROAS, impressions, clicks, and conversions.
3. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
4. Coordinate with platform POCs for campaign setup, optimization, and issue resolution.
5. Work closely with internal teams on creatives, budgets,



and campaign planning.
6. Track keyword and search performance trends.
7. Support ad experimentation and optimization initiatives.
8. Maintain campaign trackers and ensure timely updates.

Requirements:

1. 1 year of relevant experience in digital advertising, quick commerce, or e-commerce marketing.
2. Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics.
3. Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting.
4. Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
5. Good communication and coordination skills.
6. Familiarity with Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, or Amazon Ads is a plus.

Preferred skills:

1. Understanding of ROAS, CPC, CTR, keyword performance, campaign optimization, budgets, bids, and other KPIs.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup workplace.
