Overview
We are seeking a Senior / Lead DevOps Engineer with 7-10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and managing scalable cloud-native infrastructure in production environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS, EKS, Terraform, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), with the ability to lead DevOps initiatives, mentor engineers, and drive infrastructure best practices across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Architect, build, and maintain highly available CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.
Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
Lead Kubernetes platform administration and production container orchestration.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational tasks using Terraform and Python.
Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices across engineering teams.
Ensure system reliability, scalability, security, observability, and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and infrastructure issues.
Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to streamline release processes.
Define DevOps standards, governance, and deployment strategies.
Must-Have Skills
7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering.
Strong expertise with AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, EKS, Route 53, ALB/NLB, Auto Scaling).
Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (CloudFormation knowledge is a plus).
Expertise in Docker and containerization.
Strong experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
