Job Title: Microbiologist
Location: Environment Audit Laboratory, Parul University
Reports To: Head, Environment Audit Laboratory
Job Summary:

Parul University is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Microbiologist to join our GPCB recognized environment audit laboratory. This role is open to candidate who are eager to begin their careers in the field of environment auditing. It is prerequisite to familiar with environment sampling and monitoring concepts. The microbiologist will assist to perform environment sampling and analysis, prepare environment audit report, support GPCB environment audit activities, and assist in preparing documentation related to NABL, environment audit and adequacy work.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform Microbial analysis of water & wastewater samples.
Do water and wastewater sampling & analysis.
Perform soil and solid hazardous waste sampling & analysis.
Perform ambient noise monitoring.
Preparing draft setting audit report
Maintaining environment audit records like site visit form, sample inward register,



raw data calculation sheet and testing report compliance with NABL.
Assist in preparing documentation related to NABL, GPCB environment audit.
Support NABL internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and ensuring timely submission.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data.

Qualifications:
BSc or Master’s degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Environmental Science
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.
Willingness to learn and develop new skills in the environment audit work.

Mandatory Requirement: Candidate has to pass the GPCB environment auditor exam of Microbiologist.
Joining: Immediately.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 Years’ Experience
