Role Overview:
This role will be responsible for the planning, production control, and inventory control processes, under the supervision of the Planning Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Planning
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
Coordinate with Production department for smooth execution of plans.
Monitor production schedules and target achievement.
2. Inventory Management
Monitor raw material, packing material, and finished goods inventory.
Maintain stock levels to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
Coordinate with Purchase and Warehouse departments for material availability.
Track material consumption and reconciliation.
3. Material Requirement Planning
Plan material requirements based on production schedules.
Ensure timely availability of raw and packing materials.
Follow up with purchase team for pending materials.
Monitor slow-moving and non-moving inventory.
4. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain production planning records and inventory reports.
Prepare MIS reports, production status reports,



and stock reports.
Ensure proper ERP/system entries and documentation accuracy.
Maintain dispatch and production tracking records.
5. Coordination Activities
Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Warehouse, Purchase, and Dispatch departments.
Support timely dispatch planning and order execution.
Communicate production priorities and schedule changes to concerned teams.

Work Experience : 1yr - 4yrs

Qualifications: Graduate with Science background.

Desired Candidate profile:
Excellent knowledge of SAP, MS Excel, and other production planning software.
Demonstrated expertise in production scheduling, capacity planning, lead-time optimization, and material requirements planning.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic setting
