The Role
Tario is seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of helping sales leaders discover how Agentic AI can transform outbound sales. You'll generate qualified opportunities, engage decision-makers in SaaS and tech companies,



and play a key role in driving Tario's adoption across mid-market organizations. This is a high-impact opportunity for an early-career sales professional eager to grow rapid in the AI-driven sales automation space.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Drive outbound outreach using omni-channel tactics (calls, emails, LinkedIn, and Tario-powered automation)
Prospecting & Qualification: Identify decision-makers in sales departments, engage them with Tario's value proposition, and qualify opportunities
Pipeline Management: Accurately maintain and update lead data in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) to track progress and conversions
Collaboration: Partner with marketing on inbound campaigns, providing feedback to improve conversion effectiveness
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs for meetings booked and pipeline contribution
Market Research: Stay informed on SaaS/tech sales trends, outbound strategies, and competitor
