About the role
The Digital Operations Team Lead - Networks will provide strategic leadership and governance for Network and Network Security services, ensuring their health, performance, security, and evolution. This role enables safe, reliable, resilient, and cost-effective operations across the enterprise.

As the Operations Team Lead, you will oversee daily delivery and performance,



aligning services with the strategy and priorities set by the Global Service Line Owner. You will drive operational excellence through effective service management, including proactive monitoring, incident and problem management, service request fulfillment, work management, and continual improvement.

The role demands robust leadership across people, processes, technology, and partners to ensure disciplined, predictable, and high-quality service delivery. You will promote a culture of safety, accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while enhancing team capability and embedding operational excellence and lean practices.

Duties & Responsibilities
Provides operational leadership, assurance and execution for the Network service line, aligning delivery, performance, people, and continuous improvement activities with the strategy, standards, and direction set by the Global Service Line Owner (GSLO).
