Roles and Responsibilities:
Content & Social Media Management
Plan, strategize,



and maintain monthly social media content calendars across platforms.
Coordinate end-to-end content creation processes, including ideation, scripting, mood boarding, and execution.
Support and manage campaign shoots, from pre-production planning to on-ground coordination with creative, production, and client teams.
Collaborate with copywriters and designers to ensure content hygiene, brand consistency, and timely delivery of posts.

Client Coordination & Communication
Assist the Social Media Manager in handling assigned client accounts, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular interactions, reviews, and meetings.
Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable content and social media strategies.

Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on key social media KPIs such as reach, impressions, engagement rates, follower growth, and content performance.
