Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Business Analyst Intern to support our Software Implementation team. The intern will be involved in assisting with the end-to-end process of software implementation, client interaction, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with software implementation at client locations.
Help create detailed project timelines and assist in managing customer expectations.
Support the creation of process documentation, such as Statement of Work (SOW) and Blueprints, based on client requirements.
Observe and understand the logistics operations of our customers to ensure productive implementation of CargoFL’s software solutions.
Assist in managing logistics-related operational issues and propose relevant solutions.
Maintain detailed records of meetings, including minutes, using tools like Excel and create PPT flowcharts and presentations.
Participate in client meetings and support project leads with communication between internal developers, quality analysts, and customers.
Support internal teams by identifying client-specific customizations and helping to communicate those requirements to the technical team.
Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports and ensure client updates are regularly provided.
Coordinate and conduct online and offline software training sessions for clients as per requirements.
