Working as a Sr. Associate - Supply Planner at Cooper Lighting Solutions is agile. You‘ll be responsible for building demand plan and to manage cross-functional coordination of key initiatives and processes specifically focused on Lighting segment. Planner must possess strong analytical,



interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Planner will interface with all facets of the organization including Distribution, Manufacturing, Customer service, Sales, Marketing and Engineering.

Job Description

What you’ll do
Responsible for determining replenishment strategy and calculating appropriate planning levels to achieve target in-stock levels and planned inventory turns across 14 distribution centers.
Manage transition of phase in, phase out products to maximize depletion of old material and ramp-up of new material to achieve inventory and service goals
Work closely with the forecasting and development teams on new and existing business to ensure proper deployment of stock in the distribution network.
Monitor inventory levels and manage flow of materials to meet service and inventory goals – i.e., expedites, cancelations, etc.
