Key Responsibilities

Manage store operations and line-feeding activities.

Oversee inventory management and stock control.

Handle dispatch operations and material movement.

Manage a workforce of 150–500 blue-collar employees.

Ensure smooth warehouse and store operations across multiple stores.

Work extensively on SAP for inventory and operational processes.

Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams for uninterrupted material flow.

Required Skills

Robust experience in Store Operations,



Inventory Management, Dispatch, and Line Feeding.

Hands-on experience with SAP.

Experience in handling large blue-collar teams.

Knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

7–10 years of relevant experience.

Experience in the Automotive, Vehicle, or Logistics industry is preferred.

Candidates should be local to Nagpur.

Marathi language proficiency is mandatory.
