? What You’ll Own:
• Build a brand from scratch — from whitespace identification to go-to-market strategy
• Craft unforgettable products — partner with R&D;, designers, and vendors to create stand-out SKUs
• Lead storytelling & positioning — shape every touchpoint from packaging to Instagram captions
• Grow it smart — own early performance marketing, content,
and influencer strategy
• Pilot marketplaces & D2C — get hands-on with Amazon, quick commerce, and Shopify tools
• Manage like a founder — lead a small squad of marketers, ops, and designers
? What You Bring:
• 2–5 years of experience in building or scaling early-stage brands (bonus if it’s D2C)
• Solid brand thinking & product sense — you get why some brands break through and others don’t
• Comfortable with performance marketing, Shopify, and influencer marketing
• Operator mindset with founder-like ownership and relentless energy
• Aesthetic taste + digital native instincts
• Bonus: exposure to premium/luxury beauty or food categories
