About the Role
Chandigarh University is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager – Online Reputation Management (ORM) to lead and strengthen the university's digital reputation across all online platforms. The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and enhancing the institution's online presence, ensuring positive brand perception, addressing reputation risks, and driving proactive engagement strategies.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive ORM strategies to enhance and protect the university's online reputation.
Monitor brand mentions, reviews, discussions, and sentiment across search engines, social media platforms, forums, blogs, and review websites.
Identify reputation risks and implement timely mitigation plans.
Track online conversations related to Chandigarh University, its leadership, faculty, students,



and institutional initiatives.
Analyze public sentiment and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Manage crisis communication responses in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Oversee review management across platforms such as Google Reviews, Quora, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and education portals.
Ensure prompt, skilled, and brand-aligned responses to reviews and feedback.
Drive initiatives to improve positive reviews and stakeholder engagement.
Collaborate with SEO and content teams to improve positive search visibility.
Develop content strategies to suppress negative or misleading information through ethical and compliant ORM practices.
Monitor search rankings and branded search performance.
