Responsibilities

Financial Leadership:
Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the goals and objectives of each business unit and support growth and sustainability.
Provide financial guidance and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Financial Operations Management:
Oversee day-today financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for each entity.
Establish and maintain robust internal controls to prevent fraud, errors, and financial mismanagement.
Financial Planning and Analysis:
Collaborate with business unit leaders to create and manage annual budgets.




Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks that may impact the organization's financial stability.
Ensure Compliance:
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements.
Oversee the preparation and submission of financial reports and tax filings.
Audit and Risk Management:
Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.
Lead and execute inventory audit to optimise operational efficiency.
Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the financial interests of the organization.
