Role Description
As a BIM Coordinator, you will oversee multidisciplinary coordination, manage model integration, and resolve clashes while addressing high-level technical challenges. This role demands strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the success of BIM-related projects.

Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas1. Model Integration and Coordination
Coordinate the integration of models across multiple disciplines to ensure consistency and compliance.
Act as the primary point of contact for all model-related coordination tasks.
2. Clash Detection and Resolution
Utilize tools like Navisworks, BIM 360, or Revizto for clash detection and resolution.
Implement strategies to address and resolve clashes effectively.
3. Technical Problem-Solving
Identify and address high-level technical challenges related to BIM workflows.
Provide innovative solutions to improve the efficiency and accuracy of BIM processes.
4. Leadership and Mentorship




Lead BIM coordination meetings and provide explicit guidance to team members.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and professional skills.
5. Project-Specific Coordination
ACollaborate with project stakeholders to ensure BIM processes align with project requirements and objectives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of project-specific BIM standards and practices.

Qualifications and Skills ExpectedEducational Background
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Proficiency
Expertise in BIM coordination tools such as Navisworks, BIM 360, or Revizto.
Experience with scripting tools like Dynamo or Grasshopper is a plus.
Strong understanding of BIM workflows and integration techniques.
