Function : Sales

Responsibilities:
As the introductory face of Plevenn, we'll rely on you to provide the energy and personality to build our brand and gain the trust of prospective customers. You will be responsible for:
Assisting in the development and implementation of go-to-market, sales strategies, and objectives.
Developing and executing the company's outbound sales pipeline strategy to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
Executing and managing specific sales initiatives, overseeing a subset of the sales organization unit.
Leading and mentoring account executives and ISR's to achieve sales targets.
Collaborating with other departments (e.g.,



marketing, product development, finance) to ensure alignment with the company's broader strategic objectives.
Managing key customer relationships and participating in high-level negotiations.
Represent the organization at sales and marketing events and outreach activities.
Build and develop executive relationships with customers, and work to grow new relationships. Influence long-term strategic direction and serve as a business partner.
Drive business development, forecast accurately and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
Meet, exceed sales targets and OKR’s.
Requirements:
Overall 8+ years of experience in IT Sales or SaaS Product sales, experience in selling at executive level is a must.
Qualification - a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Technical proficiency - familiarity with CRM software, MS
