HiveMinds is looking for a Performance Marketing & Analytics Manager who combines expertise in Performance Marketing, Retail Media, Analytics, and Automation.
This role is ideal for someone who can identify performance gaps, uncover insights from data, recommend strategic interventions, and leverage automation to improve campaign effectiveness. You will work across Google, Meta, Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce platforms while partnering with internal teams and clients to deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, App Campaigns, Shopping, and Video campaigns.
Optimize campaigns using audience segmentation, bidding strategies, creative testing, and funnel optimization.
Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements to maximize ROI.
Identify underperforming campaigns and recommend strategic corrective actions.
2. Retail Media & Quick Commerce
Drive media strategy across Amazon, Flipkart,



Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and other Quick Commerce platforms.
Utilize Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to analyze customer journeys and campaign performance.
Diagnose issues impacting conversions, including catalog quality, pricing, inventory, targeting, placements, creatives, and competitive positioning.
Collaborate with client and brand teams to improve retail media performance through actionable insights.
Stay updated on platform changes, advertising innovations, and best practices.
3. Analytics & Business Insights
Analyze campaign and business performance across multiple channels.
Identify trends, opportunities, and optimization areas through data analysis.
Build meaningful reports and present strategic recommendations to clients and leadership.
Translate marketing metrics into business insights that support decision-making.
Monitor KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, Conversion Rate, AO
