Solution Architect

Job Description

About the Role

Create and maintain E2E architectural solutions covering application, data and infrastructure and ensuring they meet both the functional and non-functional requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop and design specifications for integration, products and technologies.
Work closely with delivery teams to ensure solutions are delivered as architected and resolving issues that arise.
Build and maintain key relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
Provide consultancy to business stakeholders to understand their ideas (recent initiatives, enhancements, pain points), organise them and playback solutions and costs.
Ensure solutions are compliant with security and technology standards.
Demonstrate technical expertise in modern security practices, API platform design, functional design.
Lead technology consulting engagements, solution workshops and due diligence.
Determine the availability and viability of third party components and services as needed.

Qualifications





Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related Engineering subjects.
Minimum 10-12 years of IT experience across all phases of Software development and implementation.
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in IT Consulting or in a solution architect role.

Required Skills

Strong Experience in Telecom domain with domain/architecture related certifications (viz. TM Forum, TOGAF etc.).
Proven experience in delivering solutions for telecom clients in BSS and OSS areas.
Well versed with Voice and Broadband service offerings and Lead to Cash process in both B2B and B2C areas.
Must be self-motivated, analytical, detail oriented, organized and pursue excellence on all tasks.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of industry best practices and design patterns.
