Responsibilities -
Assist in site supervision of MEP works including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire fighting system.
Coordinate with contractors, sub contractors and site teams for smooth execution of MEP activities.
Monitor daily site progress and prepare basic reports.
Ensure MEP works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and standards.
Assist in inspections ,testing and commissioning of MEP system.
Make detailed blueprints using autoCAD and Revit.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/electrical

Required Skills-
Basic knowledge in HVAC/ Electrical/ plumbing and firefighting systems,Ability to read and understand MEP drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
5-8 years of experience in high rise or big commercial sites.
