Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Director – Program Management with a strong background in managing large, complex digital transformation programs within the Government/Public Sector ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with senior government stakeholders, consulting teams, technology partners,



and cross-functional delivery teams to successfully execute mission-critical initiatives.

This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional stakeholder management skills, strong program governance capabilities, and the ability to drive execution across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Program Leadership

Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Define program strategy, implementation roadmaps, governance frameworks, and execution plans.
Drive program delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
Establish governance mechanisms to monitor program health, risks, and performance.

Stakeholder Management

Build and manage relationships with senior government officials, client leadership, implementation partners, and internal leadership teams.
