Key Responsibilities:
BI Leadership: Oversee end-to-end delivery of data analytics projects, define the BI roadmap, and establish data governance and best practices.
Power BI Administration: Serve as the Global Administrator for Power BI, managing enterprise deployment, security, licensing, and performance optimization.
Data Architecture: Design robust data pipelines, manage ETL processes, and optimize data models to ensure data reliability and consistency using tools like Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Purview.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with business units to understand reporting requirements, translate them into technical specs, and provide recommendations to support decision-making.
Innovation: Stay current with emerging BI trends, drive data visualization excellence, and prepare enterprise data for future AI use cases.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:



8-10+ years in BI/data analytics, with at least 5 years specifically in Power BI.
Technical Expertise: Solid proficiency in data modelling, integration, ETL, and governance. Expertise in SQL, Python/R, and cloud data platforms is essential.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, mentor teams, and influence stakeholders across international organizations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Competencies: A self-starter with a focus on innovation, collaboration, and results-oriented problem-solving.
Experience in Microsoft enterprise data stack is MUST.
