Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll & Compliance Executive who has solid knowledge of Indian payroll processes and compliance such as (Insurance, License Agreement etc). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy, reviewing employee payslips, supporting payroll compliance, and creating training modules and SOPs for employees of Chatkazz and Sakhi.

Key Responsibility

Review and verify payroll data to ensure accurate salary processing.




Thoroughly review employee payslips and identify any discrepancies before they are shared with employees.
Verify salary components, deductions, leave adjustments, reimbursements, and other payroll calculations for accuracy.
Prepare, review, and maintain payroll reports and reconciliations, including headcount reconciliation, attrition reports, payroll comparisons, gross payable reconciliations, statutory reconciliations (PF, ESIC, PT, Income Tax), branch-wise payroll reports, and other payroll MIS reports as required.
Develop payroll checklists and quality control measures to minimize errors and improve process efficiency.
Monitor and manage renewal dates, licenses, certifications, customer reviews, feedback data, and other business-critical documentation to ensure ongoing compliance and operational continuity.
Design, develop, and update training modules for Chatkazz and Sakhi employees.
